Corporate website for a law firm with multilingual structure
An international law firm asked us to modernize its existing website. The company provides legal services for corporate and private clients across the EU and the Middle East. Their old website was not fully mobile-friendly, looked outdated, and no longer represented the firm’s expanding international presence.
During the initial review, we identified several issues: unclear navigation, missing multilingual functionality, poor SEO visibility, and limited user engagement. Their contact forms were also unreliable, which caused potential client requests to be missed. We advised rebuilding the website from the ground up, beginning with clear information architecture and structured service navigation.
We developed a UX sitemap with a logical section structure: services, practice areas, case studies, company profile, team, blog, and contact. Each page was prepared for future translation into English and Arabic. Particular attention was given to RTL support for Arabic and correct handling of special characters, which is essential for legal firms working across multilingual markets.
After the content architecture was finalized, we moved into the design phase. The visual direction focused on professionalism, clarity, and trust: clean layouts, balanced typography, and strong emphasis on legal expertise and client credibility. All interface components were designed in Figma using a modular system, allowing new sections and pages to be added without disrupting the overall structure.
The impact was noticeable shortly after launch. Within the first few months, the website generated significantly more qualified inquiries, while visitor engagement metrics improved across key pages. The client also reported greater efficiency within their marketing team, which could now manage content updates, create campaign pages, and publish multilingual articles without relying on developers.
Today, Shabeltone continues to provide ongoing support, technical maintenance, and platform enhancements. Future development plans include additional language versions and expanded content capabilities. This project demonstrates how thoughtful planning, user-focused design, and a scalable technology foundation can help professional service firms strengthen their digital presence and support long-term growth.
